The route runs through a channel, not a website
Most suppliers we hold data on do not sell through a checkout but in direct contact. You message a person, receive a price list, settle quantity and payment and get a tracking number. The channel is usually Telegram, sometimes Discord or WhatsApp.
That has one consequence which shapes everything else: no platform stands between the two sides. Whoever writes checks for themselves who they are writing to. That check, not the shipping, is where most losses occur.
Whoever writes first is almost never the supplier
An established seller does not approach new people in a group or on a server out of the blue. They have no need to, and in most groups it is explicitly forbidden. So anyone who sends you an unsolicited direct message after a question in the channel is, as a rule, someone else. Reported cases of this kind are listed on the warning list.
The pattern is well known and cheap to run: an account reads along, waits for a visible intent to buy and comes forward with a friendly offer. The common advice is therefore to always take the first step yourself, using a contact you have looked up elsewhere.
The spelling of the name is the real tell
A copied account carries the same display name, the same profile picture and often the same bio as the real one. What separates it is usually the name itself, and there a single character: a lowercase L instead of a capital I, a zero instead of an O, an extra underscore, a doubled letter.
The profile picture is therefore useless as a check, it is copied with one click. Only comparing the string against the source you got the contact from carries weight. If in doubt, copy the name from the source and search for it in the chat instead of typing it out.
Some suppliers now run their own shop
Part of the field additionally runs a checkout on its own website. Where that is the case, it is stated on the supplier page together with the date it was checked. That takes the impersonation risk out of the process, because a web address is harder to imitate than a display name.
Direct contact still remains the usual route, and for most suppliers the only one. A shop also answers none of the other questions: what is in the vial is still only told by a lab report, and how reliably a supplier ships is only told by other buyers.
This page describes an observed practice. It is not a buying guide and not a recommendation for any supplier. It cannot say what holds in an individual case.
